Green Goddess Smoothie Bowl
Some people say the smoothie bowl trend is over. I say, how can something so good, customizable, and pretty go away? A meal that is packed with so many health benefits and tastes like dessert is something we should truly cherish.
Blend:
1/2 frozen banana
A big handful of spinach (trust me, you can’t taste it)
1 tbsp spirulina
1 c frozen strawberries
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
A spoonful of chia seeds
A splash of almond milk
Toppings:
Any granola (my favorite is anything from Purely Elizabeth)
Cacao nibs
1/2 banana
A sprinkle of bee pollen
