Green Goddess Smoothie Bowl

Some people say the smoothie bowl trend is over. I say, how can something so good, customizable, and pretty go away? A meal that is packed with so many health benefits and tastes like dessert is something we should truly cherish.

Blend:

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • A big handful of spinach (trust me, you can’t taste it)

  • 1 tbsp spirulina

  • 1 c frozen strawberries

  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder

  • A spoonful of chia seeds

  • A splash of almond milk

Toppings:

  • Any granola (my favorite is anything from Purely Elizabeth)

  • Cacao nibs

  • 1/2 banana

  • A sprinkle of bee pollen
