Protein Yogurt Parfait

When it comes to breakfast, you can never go wrong with a yogurt parfait. Yogurt, granola, and fruit are a combination that has stood the test of time, however, I feel that something is missing. Whenever I start my day with a healthy serving of protein, I notice that my energy levels skyrocket and I feel full for a longer time. So basically what I’m saying is add protein powder to your yogurt bowl. That’s it.

Base:

  • 1 cup of your favorite yogurt (mine is Cocojune original) + 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (mine is Kos Vanilla Superfood Plant Protein)

  • Mix thoroughly

Toppings Suggestions:

  • Any Purely Elizabeth Granola

  • 1/2 banana

  • Strawberries

  • Chia seeds

  • Hemp hearts

  • Lily’s chocolate chips
