Classic Vanilla Oats

Sometimes less is more. You can never go wrong with a classic. My vanilla oatmeal is easy, yummy, and nutritious. What more can you want? These oats never leave my breakfast rotation because they never get old!

Here’s what to do:

  • Cook 1/2 c oats (my favorite is on the stove with 1 c oat milk)

  • After the oats are cooked, mix in 1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder and a dash of cinnamon

  • Toppings: mixed berries, Lily’s white and dark chocolate chips, and a spoonful of almond butter
