Veggie Filled Sammie

Let’s be honest, a vegan sandwich does not sound great. Before I went vegan, my go-to lunch was a turkey, ham, or prosciutto sandwich. After a long time of trial and error, I finally found a way to satisfy my sandwich craving without the meat.

Here’s the deal:

  • Ezekiel bread (toasted)

  • Morning Star black bean burger

  • Spread 1/2 avocado on a slice

  • Spread spicy hummus on the other slice

  • Place a piece of romaine on top

  • Sliced cucumbers

  • and if you need a lil more flavor add some hot sauce :)
