Cherry Chocolate Protein Balls

Need a bite before a workout? A midday snack? Maybe a late night treat? Well, you’re in luck because my cherry chocolate protein balls will satisfy any craving. These are the perfect little energy boost and in my opinion, anything with dark cherries is delicious.

Mix:

  • 1 1/2 c oats

  • 1 c nut butter

  • 1/4 c maple syrup

  • 2 scoops vegan chocolate protein powder (I used Kos)

  • 1 tbsp cacao

  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 3/4 c diced dark cherries

  • As many chocolate chips as you want :)

  • Mix thoroughly

Finale:

  • Form the mix into little balls

  • Lay out the balls on a plate

  • Place in fridge for an hour or so

  • Enjoy!
